The covenants and restriction are a three party intergovernmental agreement between the property owners of Country Crossings, the developer, and the Village of Ringwood. This document can only be changed by the court system, or a special procedure described in the covenants beginning in the 50TH year of the agreement. All property owners should sign off on the covenants at the closing of their property.
